Hydration can make or break a race or workout. Staying hydrated day to day is really important. Don’t fall behind! Make sure you are getting your water and electrolytes before, during and after workouts. Being hydrated is something that cannot be crammed at the last minute and can take a day or two until you become fully hydrated if you fall too far behind.
