A Triathlete’s Diary for Runners, Swimmers and Cyclists… 

I’m a new triathlete.  I love to swim, bike and run now but it wasn’t always like this.

You see, I’ve been writing A Runner’s Diary on for nearly four years and have been republishing these stories on my blog,, every month.

However, after thinking it over, I realized that A Runner’s Diary needs to be a blog of its own.

A Runner’s Diary is now also known as A Triathlete’s Diary because I recently learned how to swim and cycle and have been writing about these disciplines on the blog along with various triathlons including the two sprints I recently finished — the Captiva Tri and the Mighty Montauk Sprint.

In this blog, I review products and services geared specifically for runners, cyclists and swimmers. I will also offer tips and strategies for both beginner and advanced runners and triathletes from some of the top running/triathlon experts.

I will also share my running, swimming and cycling experiences with you, which I hope will motivate you to keep your journey going strong! Hopefully, you will offer me your insights as well.
