FLOW Flavored Water Review

Flow water 2

Did you know that according to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine an adequate daily fluid intake is 15.5 cups of fluids a day for men and 11.5 cups of fluids a day for women?

I don’t know about you, but I don’t even think I drink half that amount of water.

A new brand of water recently came on the market called FLOW. Some of the FLOW waters are flavored, making it easier to stay hydrated.

ABOUT FLOW

What’s interesting about FLOW is it’s 100% naturally alkaline spring water that contains naturally-occurring electrolytes and minerals. It also comes in an eco-friendly container, made from 100% recyclable, mostly plant-based, renewable materials.

FLOW comes in five different flavors including plain water, including cucumber mint, peach blueberry, strawberry rose, blackberry hibiscus, lemon ginger, and watermelon lime.

I was sent three of the flavored waters along with non-flavored water for review. I shared them with my running partners to get a sense of what they thought as well.

The Taste

I’m very particular about water. The plain FLOW tasted like good filtered water. I tasted the strawberry rose, the cucumber mint, and the peach blueberry. I really thought they would have a stronger flavor, but to my pleasant surprise, they were very light with just a hint of flavor.

One of my running partners and testers said, she preferred plain water best. “I found it light and refreshing,” she wrote. She thought the flavored water had very little flavor. She said she loved the cardboard box for sustainability.

Where can you get FLOW?

Locally, you can pick up a case at Stop & Shop or Target. If you don’t live locally, go on their website and put in your zip and they will provide you with a list. You can also purchase on their website as well here: https://flowhydration.com/pages/products.
