Registered Dietitian

Amy Yeoman is a Registered Dietitian, Personal Trainer, USAT Triathlon Coach, and triathlete.

She loves helping athletes learn how to fuel themselves for their best training and performance! I started my practice, Fuel to Thrive 3 years ago and work with a variety of individuals on their nutrition and exercise, but love endurance athletes the most because there is a lot of confusion around nutrition and proper fueling and what you eat makes such a HUGE impact on performance and recovery.

“As a triathlete, my favorite distance is IM70.3, although I think Olympic distances are fun too. My greatest accomplishment as a triathlete is qualifying for the 2020 IM70.3 World Championships this November. I will also be competing in Coeur D’Alene 70.3 and some other local races this year too!” said Yeoman.
