Comment Why You Can Use a Pair and Get Free Socks!

When ProCompression reached out to me, I was interested. I’ve been wearing compression socks for recovery and airline travel for years and was interested to see how their socks made the grade.

First of all, ProCompression has a graduated compression, that makes it easy to put on. I have worn some compression socks that I found impossible to slip over my foot. They also have a “proprietary moisture-wicking, poly-nylon fabric.”

Why are compression socks good for you?

According to Healthline, compression socks “increase volume and velocity of blood flow,” helps blood flow up toward the heart,” and “prevent blood from refluxing downward to the foot or laterally into superficial veins.”

Compression socks are good for people standing on their feet all day, like nurses or waitstaff. They are also great for endurance athletes and triathletes.

Some people like to wear them while working out, but I prefer to wear them after a workout.

My reaction:

The ProCompression socks come in a variety of colors and styles. They make low ankle socks for running, mid-calf compression socks, and up to the knee compression socks. They also make compression sleeves.

They come in a variety of colors and patterns and are super cute. They are comfortable to put on but they run large. I wear a size small and the socks run in S/M and L/XL. I definitely have room in the toe. I personally would prefer a snugger fit.

I love compression socks for after a long workout or on a recovery day. I find that they really help my legs rejuvenate.
